My Role:
Once I received the introductory hand-off from Sales, I owned the entire project from inception to completion, through pre-production preparation to post-production finalization. The pre-production activities included relationship-building and stakeholder management, vendor negotiations and selection, and meticulous preparation to guide all participants through the testimonial process to ensure an efficient, impactful session on the day of filming. Once the big day arrived, everything came together beautifully, as my ability to organize, establish rapport, and communicate clearly yielded outstanding, powerful footage from our client’s CFO. During post-production, I collaborated with the videographer to create an authentic, multi-faceted testimonial video to highlight our client’s success and the tangible value our partnership provided, while maintaining smart, impactful, and informative messaging that effectively communicated our brand positioning, persona, and voice.
